Which areas do you serve for simulator rental?
Los Angeles and everything within 100 miles at all-inclusive pricing — LA County, Orange County, the Inland Empire (Riverside, San Bernardino), Ventura County, the San Fernando Valley, the beach cities and Palm Springs. Other states and cities beyond 100 miles (San Diego, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Phoenix) are possible and quoted individually.
What is included in the rental price?
Everything: delivery, setup, a trained operator for the whole event, the full game library (100+ titles), competition modes and live leaderboard, sanitizing, teardown and pickup. There are no per-game, per-hour operator or mileage fees inside the 100-mile zone.
How many people can ride the simulator per hour?
About 12–20 guests per hour per simulator with 3–4 minute sessions. For 100+ guests we recommend two or more units or a longer time slot — we will size the setup to your guest count.
Is a motion simulator safe for kids?
Yes. Motion intensity is adjustable from gentle to full. Kids ride from about 6 years old (minimum height ~47 in / 120 cm) with the operator present at all times. Roller-coaster and ride content is family friendly; racing and flight titles are non-violent.
Can the simulator work outdoors?
Yes — under a tent, canopy or roof, on a flat, firm surface. Direct rain and sand are not allowed. We bring cable protection and floor mats.
What power and space does the simulator need?
One standard 120 V household outlet per simulator and roughly 8 × 8 ft of floor space plus a queue area. Doorways of 32 in or wider; ground floor or freight elevator access.
Can you brand the simulator or the screen for our company?
Yes — your logo on the leaderboard and start screen, a branded livery on the car in racing titles, wraps and signage on the cockpit for multi-day trade shows and activations.
How far in advance should I book a simulator rental in Los Angeles?
Two to three weeks is comfortable; peak season (November–December holiday parties, May–June graduations and company picnics) fills faster. Last-minute requests are welcome — call and we will check the calendar.
What is a full motion simulator?
A full motion simulator is a cockpit mounted on a motion platform with 2, 3 or 6 axes that physically moves in sync with the game: it tilts in the corners, drops in a roller-coaster dip, shakes on the curbs and pushes you back on acceleration. Our rental fleet uses the same commercial 2DOF, 3DOF and 6DOF Stewart platforms we manufacture for arcades, motorsport teams and training centers — not consumer gaming chairs.
Do you rent racing simulators for birthday parties?
Yes — birthday parties are our most popular private rental: backyards, garages, clubhouses, restaurants and event venues across Los Angeles and Orange County. The Party package (one simulator, up to 3 hours, operator, all games) fits 20–40 guests; for bigger kids’, teen or adult parties we add a second simulator or a two-seat VR motion ride.
Can I rent an F1, Formula 1 or NASCAR simulator?
Yes. Formula, GT, NASCAR, IndyCar, rally, drift and karting titles are in the library on every simulator, with real circuits such as Laguna Seca, Long Beach and Le Mans. For an F1-style experience we recommend the 3DOF SuperSim or the 6DOF DragonSim with the direct-drive wheel.
Do you offer VR motion simulator rental?
Yes. Every simulator can run with a wireless VR headset instead of the screen — VR racing, VR flight, space and roller-coaster rides synchronized with real motion. The two-seat DoubleSim is a dedicated VR motion ride for kids, couples and families.
How much does it cost to rent a racing simulator in Los Angeles?
Pricing depends on the simulator (2DOF, 3DOF or 6DOF), the number of units, the hours and the distance. Every quote is all-inclusive — delivery within 100 miles, setup, operator, all games and teardown — with no hidden fees or per-game charges. Send the date, venue and guest count and we reply with a fixed price the same business day.
Can I rent a simulator for several days, a week or longer?
Yes. Multi-day trade shows, week-long brand activations and longer placements in malls, dealerships, hotels and arcades are quoted individually with multi-day discounts; we can also swap games and branding between days.
Why rent from a manufacturer instead of a party rental company?
We build the simulators. You get commercial-grade 2DOF, 3DOF and 6DOF machines designed for 24/7 arcade duty, delivered and operated by the people who built them, with spare parts and technicians in Los Angeles — not a consumer sim rig from a catalogue. That means stronger motion, fewer breakdowns and a real leaderboard-driven show at your event.
