Projects · Built to order

Motion systems built for one client, one job

Since 2010 we have built hundreds of motion systems, and many of them never made it into a catalogue. They were made for one customer and one task: a supercar ride for an amusement park, a real car on a motion base, a cabin for a military crew. If it has to move, we can build it.

Selected projects

Attraction · 6DOF · Composite body

Supercar racing simulator on a 6DOF platform

For a large amusement complex we built a two-seat racing simulator in a red supercar body made of composite, set on a six-axis platform with electric actuators. Three screens up front, two racing seats, and every bump on the track goes through the whole car. It became the hall's headline ride and worked there every day.

Driving simulator · 6DOF · 2,500 kg

A real Tesla on a 2,500 kg 6DOF motion platform

A client wanted to drive the real car, not a mock-up. So we built a six-axis motion base rated for 2,500 kg and put a full-size Tesla on it. The driver sits in the car's own seat, with its own wheel and pedals, and the platform moves the whole car through acceleration, braking and corners.

Motion theater · Full rebuild · Controller & software

Galaxy 7D motion theater: a complete rebuild

A multi-seat 7D motion theater in an outdoor amusement park, originally built by another company. We stripped out the old control system and rebuilt the ride around our own controller, drives and G-Control software. Same cabin, new brain: the park can run new content, and we service it.

Multi-axis system · Gantry · One-off

Multi-axis gantry ride across a hangar

A special order for a system that carries a rider through an entire hangar. The seat hangs in a truss gantry and travels on several axes at once: forward, sideways, up and down, with coordinated motion and safety interlocks. Nothing like it was for sale, so we engineered it from scratch.

Military training · 6DOF

6DOF armored vehicle crew trainers

Complete armored vehicle cabins on six-axis motion bases, with an instructor station alongside. Crews train drills, terrain and emergencies without fuel, wear or risk to the vehicle.

Not just entertainment

People know us for racing simulators and VR attractions, but the same team, the same drives and the same software also go into serious machines. Schools, armies, engineers, film crews and researchers come to us when they can't buy what they need off the shelf.

We also take over other people's simulators. Old rigs with dead controllers, attractions whose maker went out of business, prototypes that never worked right: we rebuild them with our own drives, electronics and G-Control software and put them back to work.

What else we build to order

Earthquake simulation platforms

Heavy platforms that reproduce real seismic movement for safety training and demonstrations. You stand on it and feel what a quake does to a floor.

Flight simulators for any aircraft

Fixed-wing and helicopter cockpits on 3DOF or 6DOF motion, built around the real panel and controls of the aircraft you fly.

Stabilized platforms for boats

Dynamic stabilizers that keep a turret, a camera or an antenna level while the hull rolls and pitches in the waves.

Film and production rigs

Programmable motion bases synchronized to camera, lights and sound, including projects delivered for Lucasfilm.

Driver and operator trainers

Truck, bus, heavy equipment and special vehicle trainers with real controls and a seat that moves like the machine.

Themed attractions

One-off rides and showpiece simulators for theme parks, museums, malls and brand activations, built to run all day in public.

How a custom project runs

01

Brief. Tell us what has to move, how much it weighs, how far and how fast it has to go, and what it connects to.

02

Concept and quote. We come back with a layout, a motion spec and a price, usually within a few days.

03

Engineering and build. Frame, drives, controller and G-Control motion software, all made by us.

04

Delivery and setup. Installation, tuning and training for your operators and instructors.

05

Support. Remote diagnostics, software updates and spare parts for the life of the system.

Why it works with us

We make the mechanics, the electronics and the software ourselves, so nothing is a black box and anything can be changed to fit your job. Payloads from 100 kg to 15,000 kg, two to six axes of motion, workshops in the USA and Europe, delivery worldwide. Typical lead time for a custom build is 8 to 14 weeks.
